Dominància ocular, lateralitat manual i ull amb millor agudesa visual: anàlisi en un grup d'observadors

Abstract

Objectius: El nostre objectiu principal és el fet de poder estudiar les relacions que existeixen entre dominància ocular, l'ull amb millor AV, l'ull menys ametrop i la lateralitat manual, en una mostra de 100 pacients. Mètode experimental: Es realitza un estudi transversal en subjectes sans. L'estudi s'ha portat a cap durant el quadrimestre de primavera, i les dades s'han recollit al CUV, a l'òptica St. Jordi (St. Boi) i al consorci Sanitari del Maresme. L'estudi s'ha fet a una mostra de 100 pacients, als quals se'ls hi ha fet les proves de dominància ocular, se'ls ha mesurat l'AV amb la millor correcció, i se'ls ha preguntat la mà dominant. Resultats: Dels 100 pacients, 47 tenen dominància sensorial dreta respecte a 53 dominant esquerre, 57 dominància direccional dreta respecte a 43 dominant esquerre, 49 tenen més AV en l’ull dret respecte a 51 en l’ull esquerre, 60 tenen menys ametropia en l’ull dret respecte a 40 en l’ull esquerre i 94 escriuen amb la mà dreta respecte a 6 amb la mà esquerre. Conclusions: Podem concloure que entre les nostres variables només s’estableixen relacions de dependències entre les relacions, dominància sensorial i ull amb millor AV, ull amb millor AV i ull menys ametrop, ull dominant sensorial i ull menys ametrop.
