Corominas i Roselló varen presentar una visió general dels algorismes per a resoldre el problema de la construcció d'horaris en centres escolars. En aquesta comunicació es pretén completar aquest treball amb una revisió dels fonaments teòrics del mateix problema.
The goal of this communication is to present an outline of the theoretical basis of the School Timetable Design problem on which Corominas and Roselló /1/ have recently published a survey of algorithms to solve it.
