Abstract

Mühendislik ve teknoloji fakültelerinin tüm bölümleri uygulamalı bilimler fakültelerinin bazı bölümlerinde genel matematik derslerinden sonra ikinci veya üçüncü yılda meslek matematiği, diferansiyel denklemler, uygulamalı matematik ve benzeri isimlerle okutulan dersler için yararlı bir kaynak eser olarak bu kitabı sunuyoruz. Daha önce üniversite yayını olarak sunduğumuz uygulamalı genel matematik, matematik 1, uygulamalı integral kitaplarının devamı olarak yaklaşık 30 yıldır çeşitli bölümlerde anlattığımız derslerdeki ihtiyaçlar göz önüne alınarak bu eseri hazırladık. İçeriğinde genel hatları ile diferansiyel denklemler, laplace dönüşümleri, fourier serileri, optimizasyon, nümerik analiz ve cebirsel olmayan denklemler bulunan kitaptaki örneklerin bir kısmı matlab ortamında da çözülmüş ve bazı örnekler gerçek zamanlı deneylerle hazırlanmıştır. Bu kitabın alanındaki bir boşluğu dolduracağına, yüksek lisans ve doktora seviyelerinde bulunan öğrencilere de önemli katkı sağlayacağı inancındayız.
