Abstract

Este catálogo contiene la obra de 41 artistas contemporáneos de varias nacionalidades que trabajan en el ámbito de la Abstracción Geométrica. Su objetivo es mostrar la relevancia y actualidad de este movimiento internacional que comenzó a principios del siglo XX, y que ha influido e impactado enormemente en las escuelas, y en la enseñanza del arte, la arquitectura y el diseño. Nuestro primer objetivo es pedagógico, mostrar, exhibir, sacar a la luz una determinada práctica, una forma de hacer artística. Los comisarios somos artistas y profesores, Antonio Rabazas (Anto Rabazas) y Jorge Varas, en la Facultad de Bellas Artes de Universidad Complutense de Madrid y Wieslaw Luczaj (Mark Starel) en la Jan Kochanowski University en Kielce, Polonia.
