ÇİVİ YAZISIYLA ALAKALI İLK TÜRKÇE ESER: ASURİ VE KELDANİLERE MAHSUS HATT-I MIHİ HAKKINDA MALUMAT-I MÜCMELE

Abstract

Türkçe literatürde çivi yazısıyla alakalı ilk çalışma Asuri ve Keldanilere Mahsus Hatt-ı Mıhi Hakkında Malumat-ı Mücmele isimli eserdir. Avrupa'da bu alanda çalışmalar yürüten bilim adamlarının eserlerinden yola çıkılarak hazırlandığı düşüncesindeyiz. 1894 yılında Kirkor'un sahibi olduğu Kasbar Matbaası'nda basılmış olup yazarı Karabet Basmacıyan adlı bir Ermeni'dir. Kitap 27 sayfadan oluşmakta olup küçük bir risale şeklinde hazırlanmıştır. Makalemizdeki maksat, bilim ve yayın tarihimize ait olan bu eserin bir köşeye atılıp unutulmasını önlemek ve ona tekrar can vermektir. Eserin bir tıpkıbasımı, 2013 yılında Hardpress Publishing tarafından yapılmıştır. Optik karakter tanıma (Optical Character Recognition) adı verilen yöntemle eser taranarak yayımlanmıştır. Biz, makalemizde önce eserin Latin harflerine aktarılmış metnini, daha sonra günümüz Türkiye Türkçesine aktarımını yaparak çalışmamızı meydana getirmiş bulunduk.

In Turkish literature, the first relevant study with cuneiform is Asuri ve Keldanilere Mahsus Hatt-ı Mıhi Hakkında Malumat-ı MÜcmele. We think that, the study based on the works of the scientists who conducted studies in this field in Europe. In 1894, it was printed in Kirkor's Kasbar Printing Press and its author is Karabet Basmacıyan who was Armenian. The book consists of 27 pages and is written as a small tractate. We have prepared this study because it belongs to our science and publishing literature, we avoid to forgetting it and we have regained in this study. Reproductions of this work is made by Hard Press Publishing in 2013. The study is scanned with Optical Character Recognition method and was published. Firstly, the study was transferred to the Latin alphabet by us. Secondly, we have translated it into today Turkey Turkish ve we have completed our study.
