Abstract

En el presente artículo, la autora realiza un breve comentario sobre los aspectos relativos a la evaluación y clasificación del deudor en el nuevo Reglamento para la Evaluación y Clasificación del Deudor y la Exigencia de Provisiones, aprobado por Resolución SBS N° 7 7 35-2008. Asimismo, concluye que la norma permitirá un adecuado manejo de los riesgos, mitigando -en especial- el riesgo crediticio o de contraparte y traerá consigo que los bancos evalúen y manejen mejor su cartera de clientes.
