Inserted at the end of a collection of mainly literary studies, this analysis seeks to prevent a... literary flaw in the approach to Lusophony: placing language in the foreground, as is natural, literary analysis often tends to underestimate the social levels of language and the power groups associated with it. It tends to support the idea that Lusophonie is a dilation of Lusitanicity. But that is precisely what it cannot be. On the contrary, Lusophonia can be a 'light identity' within a specific area of intersections with other identities.
