Intervención sistémica bajo el modelo estructural en una familia monoparental con jefatura femenina

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo evidenciar la intervención sistémica familiar en una familia monoparental con jefatura femenina que se encuentra en la etapa de, familias con hijos en edad escolar, la cual evidenciaba problemáticas en la estructura del sistema familiar. Para lo cual se planteó como objetivos intervenir en la coalición entre los padres - hijo, instaurar pautas claras en la relación de la madre – hijo, establecer jerarquía materna funcional, restaurar las fronteras de la familia con su medio exterior. Además, elaborar estrategias de crianza adaptadas al contexto de la familia y reforzar los recursos con los que llegan a sesión. Las herramientas para evaluar el caso fueron; registro de primera entrevista, el método observacional de la conducta, entrevista a especialistas de la organización, la elaboración del genograma y el análisis cualitativo del discurso de los integrantes. En cuanto a los resultados se encontró que los objetivos propuestos inicialmente fueron alcanzados con satisfacción. Finalmente, se concluye que los retos de la familia monoparental pueden ser resueltos cuando esta se ayuda de sus recursos y sus redes de apoyo.

The objective of this work was to demonstrate the family systemic intervention in a single-parent family with a female head that is in the stage of families with school-age children, which evidenced problems in the structure of the family system. For which it was proposed as objectives to intervene in the coalition between parents - child, establish clear guidelines in the relationship of mother - child, establish functional maternal hierarchy, restore the borders of the family with its external environment. In addition, develop parenting strategies adapted to the context of the family and reinforce the resources with which they arrive at the session. The tools to evaluate the case were; record of the first interview, the observational method of behavior, interviews with specialists from the organization and the elaboration of the genogram. Regarding the results, it was found that the initially proposed objectives were achieved with satisfaction. Finally, it is concluded that the challenges of the single-parent family can be solved when it is helped by its resources and support networks.
