Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, analizar la correlación que existe entre la memoria auditiva inmediata y la comprensión lectora en alumnos del quinto grado de primaria de la institución educativa República Argentina de la ciudad de Trujillo-2018. Este estudio es de tipo descriptivo correlacional, debido a que se buscó medir la correlación entre la memoria auditiva inmediata, utilizando para ello como instrumentos el Test de Memoria Auditiva Inmediata, (M.A.I), y el Test de Comprensión Lectora (forma A), para ello se seleccionó una muestra de 132 estudiantes, los resultados que se muestran indican que la prueba de correlación de Pearson encuentra evidencia de una correlación positiva, de grado fuerte y altamente significativa (r=0.679), también la prueba de correlación de Spearman identifica la existencia de una correlación positiva, de grado fuerte y altamente significativa (r=0.798) entre la Memoria auditiva lógica y la Comprensión Lectora en alumnos del quinto grado del nivel primaria, asimismo la prueba de correlación de Spearman identifica también la existencia de una correlación positiva, de grado muy fuerte y altamente significativa (r=0.848), entre la Memoria Numérica y la Comprensión Lectora, de igual manera la prueba de correlación de Spearman identifica la existencia de una correlación positiva, de grado muy fuerte y altamente significativa (r=0.924), entre la Memoria Asociativa y la Comprensión Lectora.
