Abstract

La adolescencia es una etapa de transición a la vida adulta donde el individuo se enfrenta a grandes cambios a nivel físico, emocional y psicológico y donde se pueden desencadenar respuestas desadaptativas. El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado propone un programa de prevención basado en el abordaje de la ansiedad a través de la inteligencia emocional y el fomento de resiliencia. La población a la que está dirigida es a adolescentes con edades comprendidas entre los 16 y 19 años. La elaboración del proyecto, se inicia con una revisión de la literatura científica basada en los conceptos centrales del programa, revisando autores, teorías y estudios relevantes sobre los temas y, posteriormente, se diseña un programa psicoeducativo de 10 sesiones, divididas en tres módulos, donde se abordan conocimientos y estrategias sobre la ansiedad, inteligencia emocional y resiliencia. Durante el inicio de las primeras sesiones y la última sesión, se evalúa a los alumnos con el cuestionario STAI (Cuestionario de Ansiedad Estado- Rasgo) y el cuestionario BARON (Inventario de Inteligencia Emocional de BarOn (1- CE) versión para jóvenes). Los objetivos del programa, al finalizar el desarrollo de las sesiones en el aula, son el fomento del bienestar del alumno, mejora en las relaciones interpersonales y mejora en la gestión de emociones. El resultado que se espera conseguir es obtener a personas más inteligentes emocionalmente y más resistentes ante las adversidades.

Puberty is a stage of transition to adult life where the individual faces major chances at the physical, emotional and psychological levels and where inappropiate responses can be triggered. This thesis presents a prevention programme based on addressing anxiety through emotional intelligence and the resilience. The population aim to adolescent between the ages 16 and 19. In the development of the tesis a review of the scientific literature based on the main concepts of the programme while reviewing both authors and relevant figures related to the topics, moreover, it presents a psychoeducational programme design of ten sessions divided into three modules; an approach to knowledge and strategies dealing with anxiety, emotional intelligence and resilience. During the beginning of the first sessions and the last sesión, students are evaluated with the STAI questionnaire (State- Trait Anxiety Questionnaire) and the BARON questionnaire (Baron’s Emotional Intelligence Inventory (1- CE) version for young people). The objectives of the program, at the end of the classroom sessions, are the promotion of the student’s mental health, improvement in interpersonal relations and improvement in the management of emotions.
