Abstract

En el presente trabajo previo a obtener la licencia en Derecho canónico, se ha querido hacer referencia a dos figuras jurídicas que ocupan la organización de la Diócesis en su estructura consultiva, que permiten a partir de su configuración, el buen gobierno de la misma. La primera figura es el Consejo presbiteral, fruto de la concepción eclesiológica del Concilio Vaticano II, la cual potencia la participación del presbiterio de manera activa, no solo en el trabajo pastoral de la Diócesis, sino ahora su colaboración es de cooperación fundamental en el gobierno de la Iglesia particular junto al Obispo diocesano; por lo que el Concilio concibe un órgano representativo del mismo en la legislación canónica del CIC para ayuda en el gobierno pastoral de la Diócesis. La segunda es el Colegio de consultores. Esta es una figura que está presente en la tradición canónica, puesto que la creación de este órgano ya estaba prevista en la legislación del CIC 17, para las Diócesis en las que no existiera el Cabildo catedralicio por razones de falta de clero suficiente para su constitución. Estos dos órganos de consulta son el resultado de la necesidad real que tiene el titular de una Iglesia particular de gobernar su Diócesis con la cooperación del presbiterio en la Iglesia diocesana, teniendo en cuanta que el Obispo y los presbíteros son necesarios colaboradores, para bien del Pueblo de Dios a ellos encomendado.
