Abstract

Osmanlı toplumunda yöneticiler, gündelik hayatta şair ve sanatkârlarla beraber olmuşlardır. Şair ve yazarlar, telif ettikleri önemli eserlerini onlara takdim etmiş ve bu sunuş aynı zamanda yazarın te'lif ücreti talebini de ifade etmiştir. Şair ve yazarlara yapılan ihsanları şöyle sıralayabiliriz: 1.Sanatta Rütbe, 2.Para, 3.Bürokratik Mevki, 4.Kıymetli Elbise, 5 Arazi, 6,Eserin Rahat Yazımı İçin İnsan ve Yer Tahsisi.
