Bu tezde neutrosophic zaman serilerine dayalı olarak bir neutrosophic tahmin yaklaşımı ortaya konulmuştur. Verilerin üyelik, belirsizlik ve non-üyelik değerleri bulunarak neutrosophic zaman serisi verilerine dönüştürülmüştür. Daha sonra neutrosophic mantıksal ilişkiler ve neutrosophic mantıksal ilişki grupları oluşturulmuştur ve durulaştırma işlemi ile tahmin değerleri belirlenmiştir.

In this thesis, a neutrosophic estimation approach based on the neutrosophic time series is presented. Membership, inderminacy and non-membership values of the data are found and converted to neutrosophic time series data. Then, the neutrosophic logical relationships and the neutrosophic logical relation groups are created and prediction values are determined by rinsing.
