Polycultural revew on Turkish-Russian relations

Abstract

Formation of polycultural dialogue is a very important factor to develop productive and perspective cross-cultural relations between our countries. ln accordance with European Council the polycultural dialogue is an open exchange of views which is based on mutual understanding, respect and it is carried out between groups of people with various ethnic origin, a cultural and religious heritage.
