Abstract

Fetva sorunlarına yansıyan kadın problemleri adlı araştırmamızdatoplumda var olan din eğitimi ile ilgili ihtiyaçlar tespit edilmektedir.Araştırma üç bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Giriş bölümündearaştırmanın problemi, amaç ve önemi, hipotezleri ve sınırlılıkları; ikincibölümde din eğitimi, kadın mefhumu, dini danışmanlık ve ilgili yayınlarortaya konmaktadır. Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümünde stanbul ve KonyaMüftülükleri Bayan Fetva Birimine gelen sorular incelenerek konularınagöre tasnif edilmiştir. ki şehrin yaşam şekilleri karşılaştırılmıştır.Kadınların problemlerine çözüm bulmak amacıyla müftülükleri aradıklarıgörülmüştür.Müftülüklere gelen soruların içeriğini incelediğimizde günümüzkadınının hayatın her aşamasında değişik sorunlarla karşılaştığınıgörmekteyiz. Kadın, aile içinde yaşadığı şiddetten ticari hayatta karşılaştığısorunlara kadar müftülüklere sorular yöneltmektedir. Bu problemleraraştırmada ele alınarak kadınların dini bilgilenme noktasındakieksiklikleri tespit edilerek çözüm önerileri getirilmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Diyanet, fetva, kadın, müftülük, aileZuhal ARSLAN

In our study, `The Problems of Women with Fatwa Questions?, westabilized the necessity of religion learning. Our study is composed of threechapter. In introduction, the problem of study, aim and consequence,hypothesis and determinates; at second chapter religion training, thepurport of woman, the religion adviser and concerned issues are placed. Atthe third chapter of study, we observed the questions that asked to stanbuland Konya Mufti Woman Morpheme of Fatwa and classified. We comparedthe style of two cities. We saw that, the people are asking questions to solvethe questions of women.When we observe the questions that asked to the Mufti Center, wesaw that the women are matching with different problems. Women areasking many different questions to the Mufti Center, like the rudeness in thefamily and the questions about the merchant life. We studied these problemsat the study and we tried to find solution methods about the religionknowledge of women.Key Words: Diyanet, fatwa, woman, Mufti Center, family.Zuhal ARSLAN
