Mesleki etik dersinin meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin etik karar verme davranışına etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yüksekokul düzeyinde ”Mesleki Etik” dersi alan ve almayan öğrencilerin, etik karar verme davranışlarının farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmektedir. Farklılıklar, etik karar verme sürecinde etkili olduğu bilinen faktörler üzerinden Neumann ve Reichel (1979)'in geliştirmiş olduğu 'İş Etiğine Yönelik Geliştirilen tutumlar' Ölçeği kullanılarak analiz edilmektedir. Çalışmada, İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi'nde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, “Mesleki Etik” dersini almalarının öğrencilerin etik karar verme davranışı üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymayı amaçlanmaktadır.
