Litteraturundervisning i skolen: en tekstkulturell dannelsesreise

Abstract

En tekstkulturell dannelsesreise gir elevene en mulighet til å bevege seg fra det kjente til det fjerne (Smidt, 2009). Læreren er elevenes reiseleder og har et ansvar for at alle elevene kommer seg gjennom den lange reisen. Norskfaget er et fag med mange ulike dimensjoner og i denne oppgaven ligger fokuset på litteraturundervisningen og dannelsesfaget norsk. Under formålet med norskfaget står det at ”faget skal hjelpe elevene til å orientere seg i mangfoldet av tekster og gi rom for opplevelse, refleksjon og vurdering” (Utdanningsdirektoratet, 2013). Dette stiller høye krav til lærerens kompetanse og evne til å legge opp en reiserute som gir alle elever et utbytte, ikke bare faglig, men også personlig. Er dette mulig? Tittelen for denne bacheloroppgaven er: ”Litteraturundervisning i skolen: en tekstkulturell dannelsesreise”. Gjennom kvalitative forskningsintervjuer har jeg ønsket å finne svar på om undervisning om litteratur kan være et ledd i elevens dannelsesreise.
