Edukacja medialna na Wydziale Teologii KUL

Abstract

In the academic year of 2014-2015, a new specialisation in Media Education was created in the uniform Master's studies in theology within the Institute of Pastoral Theology and Catechetics. This specialisation is designed to equip students-beyond the general theological and pedagogical culture-primarily in theoretical knowledge and practical skills improving their qualifications to perform the work of a religious education teacher at school and in institutions and centres dealing with media education, i.e. Catholic media, diocesan curias, teacher training centres, monastic consults and in various institutions and employment offices. The Institute prepares its graduates for the requirements of the job market, as well as to become active citizens in a democratic country and leaders supporting the spiritual development of Christian communities. The Institute also ensures the development and maintenance of advanced knowledge in the field of media education, and it cares about the formation of future formators as well.

W roku akademickim 2014/2015 w ramach działalności Instytutu Teologii Pastoralnej i Katechetyki powstała specjalizacja Edukacji medialnej na jednolitych studiach magisterskich z teologii. Instytut przygotowuje swoich absolwentów do potrzeb rynku pracy. Przygotowuje studentów do bycia aktywnym obywatelem w demokratycznym państwie i liderem wspierania rozwoju duchowego wspólnot chrześcijańskich.
