Yaş bira posası silajlarında organik asit kullanımının fermantasyon gelişimi ve aerobik stabilite üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, organik asit kullanımının yaş bira posası silajlarında fermantasyon gelişimi ve aerobik stabiliteleri üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek amac›yla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada katkı maddesi olarak Farmavet firmasından temin edilmiş olan SİLOFARM® LIQUID isimli silaj katkısından yararlanılmışt›r. Araştırma materyalleri kontrol ve organik asit uygulaması içeren grup olmak üzere beş deneme grubuna bölünmüştür. Firma önerileri doğrultusunda organik asit ilavesinden sonra, materyaller yaln›zca gaz çıkışına olanak tanıyan 1.0 litrelik (Weck, Wher-Oftlingen, Germany) anaerobik kavanozlarda silolanmıştır. Her muameleye ait 3’er silo kab›n›n kullanıldığı çalışmada, silo kaplarının doldurulmasından sonra materyaller laboratuar koşullarında (30±2 oC) depolanmıştır. Fermantasyonun 2., 5., 14., 21. ve 40. günlerinde aç›lan örnekler üzerinden pH, kuru madde (KM), ham protein (HP), amonyağa bağlı nitrojen (NH3-N), suda çözünebilir karbonhidratlar (SÇK), laktik asit analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Laktik asit bakterileri (LAB), enterobakteri, maya ve küf say›mlar› için mikrobiyolojik analizlerin yapıldığı çalışmada, aerobik stabiliteye ilişkin özellikleri ana fermantasyon dönemi sonrası 5 günlük dönemde izlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, organik asit yaş bira posası silajlarında yüksek anti bakteriyel aktivite göstererek silajlar n 5 günlük aerobik dönem boyunca maya küf › populasyonlar› ile CO2 üretimlerini düşürmüş ve aerobik stabilitelerini geliştirmiştir.

The purpose of current work was to extend the study of the effect on the ensiling fermentation aerobic stability with or without organic acid of wet brewers grain silages. SİLOFARM® LIQUID silage additive which will be produced by Farmavet firm was to be used in this investigation. Silage materials were divided in five trial groups for the control and organic acids treatments. After organic acid is applied silage materials were ensiled in 1.0 l anaerobic jars (Weck, Wher-Oftlingen, Germany) equipped with a lid that enabled gas release only. The jars were stored under the following temperature regimes: (30±2°C) Three jars per treatment from every temperature were sampled on days 2, 5, 14, 21 and 40 days of fermentation and samples were analysed to determine their pH, dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), NH3-N, water soluble carbohydrates (WSC), lactic acid contents. Microbiological analyses were also enumeration of the lactic acid bacteria (LAB), enterobacteria, mould and yeast. Aerobic stability characteristics were monitored during 5 days after the main fermentation periods. As a result, organic acid showed a high antibacterial activity in wet brewers grain. During the 5 days aerobic period, organic acid decreased yeast and moulds populations and production of CO2 and improved aerobic stability of wet brewers grain silage.
