El presente informe tiene como objetivo dar cuenta del diseño e implementación de un programa de observadores a bordo para recopilar información sobre las capturas y técnicas de pesca, para asesorar a la autoridad pesquera en el conocimiento de los stocks de peces y sus interacciones con las artes de pesca.

This report aims to account for the design and implementation of an on-board observer program to collect data on catches and fishing techniques to provide advice to the fisheries authorities in the knowledge of fish stocks and their interactions with the arts fishing.
