Seychelles Artisanal Fisheries Statistics for 2012.

Abstract

During 2012, a total of 2506.4 Mt of fish was landed on Mahé, Praslin and La Digue by approximately 412 fishing boats where 84.2% of the total catch was landed on Mahé. The total artisanal catch decreased by 3364.6Mt whilst the number of boats operating increased by 13 vessels (excluding sport fishing vessels) respectively compared to 2011. Published
