Abstract

[Excerto] Quatro horas com o telemóvel, três horas nas redes sociais, duas horas a ver televisão, duas horas no computador/tablet, uma hora a ver vídeos, uma hora a ouvir música, uma hora a jogar videojogos e 30 minutos a ler livros e ler/ver ou ouvir notícias é o tempo que, em média, 1.131 crianças e jovens, com idades entre os 11 e os 19 anos, dizem gastar em atividades relacionadas com os media num dia de semana “normal”, sendo a dependência do telemóvel reconhecida por uma parte significativa desta amostra. Ouvir rádio, ouvir podcasts e ler jornais impressos ou online são atividades a que a amostra não dedica quase tempo nenhum.
