Abstract

Nas últimas décadas, as tecnologias de eletrónica de potência têm contribuído para importantes desenvolvimentos dos sistemas elétricos de energia, a nível da produção, transporte, distribuição e utilização de energia, e culminando com o advento das redes elétricas inteligentes (smart grids) e das microrredes (microgrids), sendo imprescindíveis para viabilizar a integração de produção renovável com tecnologias de armazenamento de energia e a sua operação coordenada.
