Autonomia da pedagogia da autonomia

Abstract

En avant comme référence centrale la pensée politique et éducative de Paulo Freire, notamment en ce qui concerne les propos de cet auteur vers une éducation démocratique et émancipatrice et, congrument, sa défense d'une pédagogie de Ia décision et de l'autonomie, cet article discute les relations entre la pratique d’une pédagogie de l'autonomie et l'exercice de l'autonomie de Ia pédagogie, et de l'école, dans un contexte de democratisation des pouvoirs éducatifs.

Tomando como referência central o pensamento político-educativo de Paulo Freire, designadamente as suas propostas para uma educação democrática e emancipatória e, congruentemente, a sua defesa de uma pedagogia da decisão e da autonomia, este artigo discute as relações entre a prática de uma pedagogia da autonomia e o exercício da autonomia da pedagogia, e da escola, num contexto de democratização dos poderes educativos.

This article examines, in the light of Paulo Freire's political and educational theory (his proposals for emancipatory. democratic education. and his support of an autonomous, empowered pedagogy), how the exercise of autonomy in teaching practice relates to the exercise of autonomy in the school in a context of democratization and educational empowerment.
