Abstract

Este projeto tem como objetivo definir indicadores de desempenho num contexto organizacional. Sendo a análise de funções o processo base para a gestão de recursos humanos, propõe-se a implementação de um sistema de descrição, análise e qualificação de funções para desenvolver os níveis de performance organizacional. Partindo de uma metodologia de investigação-ação e recorrendo à técnica de entrevista semiestruturada e ao inquérito por questionário, foram identificadas competências transversais à organização e competências específicas de cada família de funções. Assim, do projeto resultou um manual de funções e um portfólio de competências organizacionais com a descrição de indicadores comportamentais de desempenho que contribuirão para a eficácia da avaliação de desempenho e eficiência organizacional.
