This work consists of a study of the Performance Prism model, with the objective of analyzing its applicability to the social services sector. A theoretical analysis allowed to identify some similarities between the EQUASS model and the Performance Prism model, identifying the Performance Prism as an appropriate model for the performance evaluation of organizations in this sector. Performance Prism features that fit social services include the organization's stakeholder-focused approach and the methodology used to define performance indicators based on its five perspectives.
