Abstract

[Excerto] Apesar de o título em epígrafe (Puxar a brasa à nossa sardinha), com o subtítulo 'E outras 270 expressões que usamos no dia-a-dia (sic) sem saber a sua origem', só ter vindo a lume em julho de 2015, é já a 3.ª edição (de agosto, adquirida em outubro) que estou a recensear – e de todo me surpreenderia se agora (março de 2016) pudesse compulsar uma edição ulterior. Com efeito, a capa (esteticamente bem conseguida: cores quentes, em harmonia), o próprio título bem como o subtítulo (o público em geral tem curiosidade porque conhece/usa tais expressões na sua prática discursiva quotidiana), a autora (uma jornalista da TV, conhecida do grande público) e, ainda, o (poder do) marketing são chamarizes que só muito dificilmente é que não captam a atenção do(a)s potenciais interessado(a)s e até de muito(a)s outro(a)s.
