A circulação do conhecimento como desafio : um projeto de empresa com a sociologia

Abstract

Este projeto procura descrever o percurso de submissão e de construção de um projeto de criação de uma empresa na área social, ao abrigo do programa Ideia Lab na Universidade do Minho. O processo é descrito desde a fase inicial até à apresentação final do projeto da empresa, incluíndo a elaboração do plano de negócios. Procura-se identificar os pontos críticos deste percurso, considerando a formação de base em Sociologia e atendendo ao papel de algumas representações sobre o interesse, a utilidade e a sustentabilidade da Sociologia. Nessa linha, o projeto mostra a importância do conceito de circulação do conhecimento no contexto das áreas científicas sociais. Sendo analisadas estratégias de apoio à implementação de projetos nestas áreas, dos mecanismos usados pelas universidades, no sentido de apoiar a incubação de empresas, como é o caso da Universidade do Minho.
