Abstract

Este trabalho visa relacionar o Design, Emoção, Consumo e Moda, através das experiências dos indivíduos na sociedade. Com o intuito de corroborar com práticas que tornem possível a intercessão entre designer de moda, consumo e usuário, buscou-se no campo de estudo em Design e Emoção conceitos que definem esses fatores, capazes de ocasionar nas experiências positivas de consumo dos indivíduos. Buscou também definir de que maneira a emoção pode ser ocasionada nestes indivíduos, e como isso irá ocasionar o consumo de produtos de moda. Buscou também compreender como funciona o processo de consumo de moda, para que, por fim, fosse possível perceber de que forma o designer pode proporcionar aos consumidores um produto mais adequado às necessidades e satisfação dos mesmos, agregando a estes produtos valores imateriais e sustentáveis. A metodologia adoptada realizou-se, primeiramente, através do referencial teórico sobre o tema e em um segundo momento, constituiu-se em uma consulta direta com usuários de moda através de um questionário-teste elaborado a fim de conhecer as suas motivações de consumo. Além do referencial quantitativo, buscou-se também informações de valor qualitativo, que contribuíram de forma mais aprofundada para a obtenção dos resultados. Os resultados confirmaram a importância da emoção e o papel que esta exerce quando se trata da relação entre o usuário e o produto de moda. Após a análise dos dados, foi possível destacar o designer de moda como responsável na intercessão na união entre consumo e usuário de produtos de moda.

This work aims to relate the Design, Emotion, Fashion and Consumer, through the experiences of individuals in society. In order to corroborate with practices that make possible the intersection between fashion designer, consumer and user sought in the field of study in Design and Emotion concepts that define these factors, capable to cause the positive experiences of consumption by individuals. It also sought to determine how emotion can be caused in these individuals, and how this will lead to consumption of fashion products. It also sought to understand how the process of fashion consumption, so that, finally, it was possible to understand how the designer can provide consumers with a product more suited to the needs and satisfaction of the same, adding these products immaterial values and sustainable. The methodology adopted is given primarily through the theoretical framework on the subject and in a second moment, was in direct consultation with users through a fashion-test questionnaire prepared in order to know their motivations for consumption. Besides the quantitative reference, we sought to value qualitative information, which contributed further to obtain the results. The results confirmed the importance of emotion and the role it plays when it comes to the relationship between user and product fashion. After analyzing the data, it was possible to highlight the fashion designer responsible intercession in the union between consumer and user of fashion products.
