Abstract

O estilo de vida da sociedade tem vindo a sofrer alterações desde tempos remotos, estando neste momento a evoluir para uma fase onde a população ativa tem cada vez mais atividades para fazer, e cada vez menos tempo para dedicar a estas. Este estilo de vida leva por vezes à exaustão do ser humano. A vontade, e mesmo a necessidade do ser humano em realizar as diferentes tarefas, fomenta no mesmo um desgaste enorme, ou cria mesmo situações de stresse que acabam por condicionar o bem-estar, assim como as capacidades físicas e mentais da pessoa. Pretende-se, com este trabalho, desenvolver um sistema capaz de monitorizar um indivíduo com vista a identificar os seus possíveis estados de fadiga.
