Creación de una marca olfativa para el consumidor de moda infantil

Abstract

Este trabalho consiste na investigação e construção do conceito de marca olfactiva na indústria da moda infantil. A investigação teve como objectivo principal verificar a aceitação de uma marca olfactiva e posteriormente a construção desta, para consumidores de moda infantil. A pesquisa foi realizada em duas etapas e com dois grupos de crianças nas faixas etárias compreendidas entre os 7 e os 10 anos e dos 11 aos 14 anos, sendo estes grupos constituídos por crianças de ambos os sexos. A investigação mostrou que a utilização de odores em vestuário e material publicitário, como marca olfactiva, apresentavam uma aceitação positiva do ponto de vista das crianças. Através do estudo da marca, seus consumidores e a pesquisa de campo, constatou-se que a marca possui um odor próprio, caracterizado pelo seu consumidor, o que demonstrou ser um sistema de identificação promissor.
