Análise de reflectância de argamassas

Abstract

O desempenho térmico das edificações é fortemente influenciado pela cor externa das suas superfícies. Com efeito são conhecidos os efeitos em termos da transmissão de calor em função da reflectância das superfícies externas das fachadas de edifícios. Quando expostos à acção da radiação solar, os elementos construtivos das edificações podem ser classificados como sendo materiais opacos, transparentes ou translúcidos. Os materiais transparentes permitem a transmissão directa da radiação solar enquanto que os opacos correspondem àqueles que apenas reflectem e absorvem a radiação solar. Por outro lado, a capacidade de um material reflectir a radiação solar está directamente relacionada com a cor e a textura da sua superfície. Este relatório visa estudar a relação entre a cor da superfície de diferentes tipos de argamassas (utilizadas como fachadas) e o seu eventual desempenho térmico que decorra da capacidade de absorção da radiação solar e consequente transmissão de calor para o interior.
