Abstract

Apresentam-se neste artigo resultados de um estudo sobre o desempenho comparado entre argamassas à base de cal aérea e de metacaulino e uma argamassa comercial destinada a obras de reabilitação. As argamassas à base de cal aérea e metacaulino estudadas no presente trabalho apresentam em termos gerais um desempenho bastante melhor do que o da argamassa comercial, isto se o fim pretendido for o de respeitar requisitos definidos para o comportamento de argamassas de revestimento de edifícios antigos, com a vantagem das primeiras serem bastante mais baratas
