A problemática da e-moderação à luz da Teoria Ator-rede

Abstract

No presente trabalho analisamos a problemática da e-moderação em ambientes virtuais à luz da Teoria Ator-Rede (ATN). De facto, entendemos que tanto os indivíduos tem uma influência significativa nos objectos, como os objectos exercem influência na forma de agir dos seres humanos, podendo sofrer alterações ao longo do tempo e assim continuar o ciclo das influências. A liderança num ambiente virtual é possível quando a mediação colaborativa está associada aos recursos técnicos com vista a favorecer a criação de um clima organizacional que favoreça a produção social de significados, contribuindo para que os utilizadores possam estabelecer conexões com o que sabem, promovendo uma aprendizagem significativa. Neste contexto, a ATN assume um papel de grande importância nestas representações heterogéneas e na própria relação entre os sujeitos colectivos.
