Abstract

O presente relatório descreve a experiência de um estágio curricular desenvolvido no Grupo “X”, uma empresa do setor da construção civil sediada em Vila Nova de Famalicão no âmbito do Mestrado em Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações da Universidade do Minho. O principal objetivo é apresentar o processo de conceção de um manual de um manual de mentoria organizacional, criado como proposta de intervenção orientada para a promoção do desenvolvimento profissional, partilha de conhecimento e reforço da cultura organizacional. Embora o programa não tenha sido implementado integralmente durante o estágio, foram produzidos materiais e diretrizes fundamentadas numa análise detalhada do contexto organizacional, sustentada em bases teóricas e metodológicas da Psicologia do Trabalho e das Organizações. Esta experiência contribuiu significativamente para a consolidação da identidade profissional, revelando desafios práticos, dilemas éticos e oportunidades de desenvolvimento futuro do programa.

This report describes the experience of a curricular internship carried out at Group “X”, a construction company based in Vila Nova de Famalicão, within the scope of the Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Minho. The main objective is to present the development process on organizational mentoring manual, designed as an intervention proposal aimed at promoting professional development, knowledge sharing, and strengthening organizational culture. Although the program was not fully implemented during the internship, relevant materials and guidelines were produced based on a detailed analysis of the organizational context and grounded in theoretical and methodological principles of Work and Organization Psychology. The internship significantly contributed to the development of professional identity, highlighting practical challenges, ethical considerations, and future opportunities for program development.
