
The evaluation of aphasic language disorders requires to analyse impairments and preserved abilities in order to promote specific rehabilitation devices. The main types of errors observed in aphasia are defined. The different methods for the assessment of expression, repetition and comprehension in oral and written modalities are presented. The interest to use list of words specially devoted to the analysis of writing and reading disturbances is underlined.
