Abstract

تعد مهارة القراءة ركيزة أساسية في تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها، والمحور الرئيس الذي تقوم عليه الكثير من البرامج التعليميّة المخصّصة لتعليم اللغات الأجنبية في العالم عامة وفي تركيا خاصة. ويسعى هذا البحث للتعريف بأهمّ استراتيجيات تعليم مهارة القراءة التي ينبغي الاهتمام بها في تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها من الطلبة الأتراك من جانب، ولفت أنظار معلمي اللغة العربية في الجمهوريّة التركيّة إلى أهمية هذه الاستراتيجيات في تعلم وتعليم اللغة الثانية من جانب آخر؛ نظراً لأهمية استراتيجيات القراءة وفاعليتها في زيادة الفهم القرائي ومعالجة كثير من أوجه القصور أو الضعف القرائي عند الطلبة. ويَجدر الإنباه إلى أنّ هذا البحث لا يقدم كلّ استراتيجيات التعلم، بل سيقتصر على ما له علاقة بمهارة القراءة للطلبة الأتراك، ويعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي؛ فشرع الباحث باستقراء ما كُتب عن مهارة القراءة، والاستراتيجيات التعليميّة، موظّفًا خبرته في هذا السياق، بالإضافة إلى مقابلات شخصية مع عدد من الأساتذة والمختصين من أصحاب الخبرة والنفوذ في مجال تعليم اللغة العربيّة للطلبة الأتراك.

Okuma becerisi, anadili Arapça olmayanlara Arapça öğretiminde temel bir dayanaktır ve genel olarak dünyada ve özelde Türkiye'de yabancı dil öğretimine adanmış birçok eğitim programının ana odak noktasıdır. Bu araştırma, Türk öğrencilerine Arapça öğretiminde dikkat edilmesi gereken okuma becerisi öğretiminde en önemli stratejileri tanıtmayı. ikinci dili öğrenme ve öğretmede bu stratejilerden; Okuduğunu anlamanın artmasında ve birçok öğrencinin okuma eksikliklerini veya zayıflıklarını gidermede okuma stratejilerinin önemi ve etkinliği göz önüne alındığında.
