Habitando y cultivando en ladera

Abstract

Valdivia is a municipality affected by the armed conflict in which it has not allowed it to progress efficiently. This has great opportunities as it has a great natural wealth and the possibility of a great agricultural development, in addition it is a point of passage in the route from antioquia towards the coast of the country, which maintains, which keeps this municipality always in contact with the big cities. Apart from the conflict, there is a failure in the quality of housing, both in terms of spatiality and in its model of implementation, due to the strong topography in the municipality. Postconflict can generate population growth in the municipality, which is why a housing model is proposed in which it adapts to local characteristics and combines local agricultural production with the need to live, thus transforming housing into the subsistence of the inhabitants.
