Flexibilización laboral y justicia distributiva

Flexibilización laboral y justicia distributiva

Abstract

In great cultures, fragments of a "lost memory" are preserved, according to which there existed a "paradise" where the human condition denied the sad new present condition. In this utopian retrospective condition, work was not the "conditio sine qua non" of existence. People lived for free, creative activity, not aimed at producing "means of livelihood." Pristine humanity revolved around the possibilities of a joyful, permanent "leisure," in which playful, aesthetic, and religious manifestations effortlessly emerged. The "jungle" was not a threat to human life, but precisely the haven for all pleasures.
