Claudius Rondeau represented England in Russia between 1728 and 1739. Correspondence of Rondeau with his administers in England during this period contains important information about the internal affairs of the Ottoman State, Ottoman-Persian relations, 1736-1739 Ottoman-Russian War and Ottoman-Russian diplomatic relations. In this study we try to reveal the outlines of Rondeau's correspondence which is quite detailed.
