Nietzsche`nin hakikat kavrayışı ve perspektivizm

Abstract

In Nietzsche's opinion truth is a human invention whose aim is to escape from or mask the essential aspect of life. Although Nietzsche questions the concept of truth, the main issue that concerns him is not to investigate the method with which science achieve truth as modern epistemology thinkers did, but why humans had to invent such a concept. What the criterion of truth for Nietzsche is cannot be determined unless his doctrine of perspectivism is investigated. There is no such a thing as absolute truth. But there are different perspectives that one can adopt.According to the doctrine of perspectivism there are different perspectives on any topic and some perspectives are more superior than others. And this is related to the teaching of Nietzsche called Will to Power. In this context, according to Nietzsche, there are two complementary instincts in humans; one is destructive and the other is constructive. Nietzsche's view of truth and his understanding of perspectivism is not independent of his affirmative attitude toward life. Nietzsche approaches the concept of objective truth very critically; to believe that there is only one possible approach to a subject shows only that our way of thinking is stereotyped. This intellectual stiffness is a symptom of life denying attitude. A healthy mind is flexible and it accepts that there are many different approaches to a subject. Truth is not one but many. In this thesis, Nietzsche's perspectivism is studied and elaborated in detail and tried to show the problems which are solved by his perpectivism.KEYWORDS: Truth, Correspondence, Perspectivism, Will to Power, Reality,Positivism, Scienticism, Wisdom
