The study addresses energy balance by adopting the criterion of the bioeconomy. Distinguishes this budget, fund (natural capital) and flows (consumption of materials and energy).The study, based on the previous criteria, analyzes the waste of energy through the production and waste management. Lo studio affronta il bilancio energetico adottando il criterio della BioEconomia. Distingue tale bilancio in fondi (capitale naturale) e flussi (consumo di materie e di energie). Partendo da ciò analizza lo spreco energetico attraverso la produzione e la gestione dei rifiuti.
