Abstract

La voce offre un breve profilo della produzione libraria decorata riferibile alla scuola episcopale di Magonza e a quella dell'officina grafica - ad essa strettamenta connessa - dell'abbazia di Fulda. Se ne descrivono le principali testimonianze grafiche superstiti: tra questi un piccolo nucleo di manoscritti di grande apparato destinati alle figure della famiglia imperiale ottoniana.
