Abstract

La fotointerpretazione apporta un importante contributo alla ricostruzione del sistema viario antico nel territorio di Mesagne. La georeferenziazione delle tracce aerofotografiche, unitamente all'esame delle evidenze archeologiche e della cartografia antica permette di avanzare alcune ipotesi sullo sviluppo della viabilità nel settore settentrionale del Salento dall'età arcaica al periodo medievale.
