Turismo religioso, valorizzazione e fruizione del patrimonio culturale religioso. Aspetti di interesse canonistico/pastorale

Abstract

The pastoral care of tourism constitutes an important sector in the life of the Church. It can strengthen the bond between faith and culture through the valorisation of ecclesial cultural assets as effective tools of evangelization. The contribution illustrates the canonical profiles of tourism in the light of the documents of the Holy See and the Italian Episcopal Conferences, and then dwells on some concrete experiences such as the promotion of sanctuaries, the rediscovery of ancient pilgrimage routes and the project to establish ecclesial cultural parks for the creation of networks that link the cultural heritage of one or more particular Churches in the name of sustainability.
