The glyptic assemblage from the Neo-Assyrian well in area C includes eight finds, three from the second to last layer, four from the one above it and one from a middle layer. These pieces from various filling layers of the shaft were retrieved at different elevations, having been thrown away at the time when the Babylonians in 605 BCE put an end to the Assyrian domination at the site.
