La diffusione delle Cartas de logu. Secoli XIV-XVI

Abstract

The study, based on the analysis of documentary sources and manuscript and printed copies of the Carta de Logu, deals with the dissemination of the Arborense legal text between the late Middle Ages and the early modern period. What emerges is a widespread presence of the text in Sardinian libraries of the most diverse social and professional components, both urban and rural.
