Memoria culturale, miti e credenze

Abstract

Per la prima volta 28 studiosi di vari ambiti disciplinari, con il coordinamento scientifico di un'antropologa culturale e di due archeologi esperti di preistoria del Mediterraneo e di studi sul mondo antico, offrono una ricostruzione della vita in Sardegna all'epoca dei nuraghi (XVIII-VIII sec. a.C.) prestando attenzione al rapporto delle genti nuragiche con l'ambiente, con il territorio, con le altre culture coeve, e destinando approfondimenti e sguardi interdisciplinari ai temi del lavoro e della produzione, della vita quotidiana, dei culti e dei riti, dei miti e delle credenze, della cultura materiale e del mutamento culturale di una civiltà complessa e dinamica. Il ricco apparato iconografico del volume, con tavole di ricostruzioni di ambienti e scene di vita, è l'esito della più aggiornata ricerca scientifica riguardo al tempo dei nuraghi.
