Abstract

La crescita esponenziale della popolazione costringe a mettere in discussione gli attuali sistemi alimentari sia in termini di produzione e distribuzione sia di gestione dei sottoprodotti. In questo volume, la ricerca in design sistemico per la valorizzazione del territorio incontra la nicchia di innovazione delle filiere insettifere, indagando le risorse culturali ed ecosistemiche del Piemonte e della Lombardia per declinarle in opportunità di crescita sinergica tra filiere insettifere emergenti settori tradizionali del tessile e dell'agroalimentare.
