BIM procurement

Abstract

The present chapter will introduce main changes to the building process related to the BIM methodology, focusing on the procurement stage. An overview of BIM-related documents and existing standards will enable the comprehension of information modelling code of practices. An application of the information requirements assessment will be presented, focusing on LODs and BEP development.
